On May 7th, the completion acceptance meeting for the upgrading and renovation project of Qingshanquan Wastewater Treatment Plant, a subsidiary of Jiangsu Dazhong, was successfully held. The acceptance team, consisting of the JiaWang District Water Affairs Bureau, the construction unit, the supervision unit, the design unit, the tracking audit unit, the construction unit, and invited experts, conducted a joint review of the project and successfully completed the completion acceptance on the same day. This is the first project of Jiangsu Dazhong to pass the completion acceptance of the upgrading and renovation project according to the new landmark standards of Jiangsu Province.
The upgrading and renovation project of Qingshanquan Plant officially commenced on March 18, 2026, was successfully completed on April 22, and passed the self-inspection pre-acceptance on April 28. The project strictly adhered to the design requirements, completing the renovation of the deodorization system, the procurement and installation of the desliming machine system, as well as the procurement and installation of process instruments for ammonia nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen. Simultaneously, the renovation and upgrading of auxiliary facilities such as pipelines, electrical systems, and automatic control systems were also completed. The project achieved the goal of "zero accident" control throughout the entire process, ensuring both construction safety and project quality meet standards.
During the acceptance process, the acceptance team rigorously adhered to relevant national and Jiangsu provincial standards and specifications for engineering construction, as well as the local standard of Jiangsu Province, "Emission Standards for Pollutants from Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants" (DB32/4440-2022). They comprehensively reviewed the project's design documents, construction records, supervision reports, inspection reports, equipment, and other relevant materials, and conducted on-site inspections. After a comprehensive inspection and professional evaluation, the acceptance team unanimously agreed that the upgrading and renovation project has fully completed all construction content, meeting design requirements and actual usage needs; the project quality is qualified, and the effluent quality and atmospheric pollutant emissions after renovation meet the relevant requirements of Jiangsu Province's new landmarks, making it ready for formal operation; the project's functional layout is perfect, accurately aligning with Jiangsu Province's new landmark positioning; the completion documents are complete and standardized, successfully achieving the expected renovation goals, and agreeing to pass the completion acceptance.
